Your First Visit
When you arrive for your initial in-office consultation, you will be greeted by our Smile Ambassador who will check you in at the front desk. You will have an opportunity to tour our office. Next, images and digital impressions are taken which allow us to show you a simulation of your beautiful future smile. Dr. Pesh will then review your records and complete your examination. Afterward, our Smile Director will provide you with your best treatment options and help guide you through the entire process. You will be able to choose one of our flexible payment options, and if the teeth are ready, we can get your treatment started that same day! Our team has the passion, expertise, and technologies to āwalk the talkā and make your experience exceptional.
Aligners vs Braces
We know you have questions about the differences between the two treatment options. The truth is there are “hard things” about both aligner and braces options. In most cases it comes down to a lifestyle decision more than anything. However, there are some instances where aligners have a mechanical advantage in helping orthodontists produce more efficient results and vice versa.

DID YOU KNOW? The American Association of Orthodontists recommends EVERY CHILD see an orthodontist by age 7. Pesh Orthodontics provides free virtual exams. NO REFERRAL IS NECESSARY.
Despite the AAO’s best efforts, we continue to see patients who have NEVER been referred to an orthodontist. The incidence of impacted canines that require surgical intervention or extraction therapy continues to drive up treatment costs for patients. Project 7 is a local initiative that Dr. Pesh created to increase awareness for early orthodontic screenings so that our kids can receive optimal care.
